Site Visit Support
We provide guidance for all aspects of the site visit. In advance of the site visit, we work with leaders and internal resources to clarify the purpose, address logistics, communicate expectations, conduct mock interview sessions, and develop needed materials, including the opening meeting presentation. During the site visit, we provide on-site coaching to help develop responses to issues identified in interviews, capture learning, facilitate communication, and ensure that site visit concerns are addressed in the closing meeting.
Feedback Analysis
We facilitate a structured but highly interactive workshop process for leaders and others to analyze the feedback report to distill and group key messages and set priorities to focus improvement. The key output is a set of priorities for action that feed into strategic and operational planning, as well as a list of opportunities to improve the application in the next cycle.
