Small Primary and Secondary Care Delivery System
After a self-assessment and two Baldrige applications, this small primary and secondary care delivery system submitted their national application to their state and was honored for excellence in patient-centered care and service. Their third application was developed with participation by a broad group of leaders who valued the support of MGH CPE coaches who helped them document their story. Use of their feedback report became a major input to their annual strategic planning process, and each year their progress toward excellence is measurable and celebrated within the organization and by their board of directors. Each year, they complete an assessment cycle through the award programs or by MGH CPE, as their means to continual organizational development.
