Our Approach
At the MGH CPE, we understand there's so much more to moving an organization toward excellence than data, reports, planning tools, assessments, and processes. We also believe that the core of true excellence is communication, collaboration, and a genuine sense of camaraderie enlisted in a common vision. It takes the right mindset, approach, and commitment to do the work necessary to bring excellent health care services to the public, and to create a work environment that is both attractive and fulfilling for physicians, administrators, front-line staff, and volunteers. To give you a better sense of what we're all about, we'd like to share some of our thinking about how we do what we do.
