Jane K. McCarthy, MS, RN
In Their Own Words:
"In my work, I often engage with a client at a moment of crisis as their organization is responding to a regulatory or accreditation citation. I am continually amazed at the capacity of the leadership teams to address such external mandates while maintaining focus on providing excellent care to patients every day. It is rewarding to see improvements cascade from the executive suite to the bedside as the hospital implements its plan, and gratifying to know that our team has made a difference."
